“See What's Possible” Challenge

In a recent post, the admin wrote this:

you may use whatever sound or music you like. Adobe has chosen not to use any submitted sound or music in their campaigns nor will it be considered during the judging process.

I'd like to know if when the judging process will happen, is the soundtrack will be played with the animation. Or they will close the sound so that the animation is not judged by the soundtrack but only the animation? And by this, I will not need to learn an audio applications only for that matter.

Also, in the rules, it's still written that the music will be "considered":

Submission videos may contain sound or music tracks and may be considered during the judging process for the Grand Prize or the Finalist Prizes.
