Hi you stated that; Once the submission period is completed, Cut&Paste will manage a vetting/selection process to narrow the review group to 30 entries to be given to the judges’ panel.
can you please explain to me how this initial vetting process is worked out and based on?

All of the entries are reviewed by Cut&Paste and Adobe creative teams to determine the 30 entries to be reviewed by our judging panel. The vetting is based on the our judging criteria:
• Originality of concept
• Effectiveness in expressing the “See What’s Possible” theme
• Quality of execution
• Ability to visually and emotionally engage its audience
• Adaptability for use in different (shorter) time increments
